About Me

My career started in the private sector - working for  successful commercial brands such as John Lewis Plc, Arcadia Group Ltd and Manpower Plc. I've also spent ten years working in the charity sector with Cancer Research UK, Victim Support and a wide range of voluntary positions with smaller organisations.

An ILM Level 5 Qualified Coach, Chartered CIPD Member, Myers Briggs Practitioner and with a PG Cert in Leadership & Management, I've built on my professional background in Learning & Development with operational roles so I really do understand front line challenges!

I'm an experienced facilitator, project lead, coach and mentor who is described as down to earth, approachable, honest and easy to work with.
